Review by a lawyer

All order forms are reviewed by an experienced lawyer on receipt. We call you if we spot any issues requiring discussion or clarification.

A full set of documents are prepared. From the order form we complete a full set of documents required to set up the entity you order.

Our turn around time - Urgent orders are e-mailed on the day of order if ordered before 3pm. Otherwise, documents will be sent to you by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Stamp duty

If the documents need to be stamped, we attend to that for you if you ask us. Otherwise, you will need to do that where applicable.

Storage of the documents once signed

We encourage registration of trust deeds in the general register of deeds maintained by the Department of Land and Property Information. This provides a permanent record of the terms, signing and stamping. It is invaluable if the original is ever lost or destroyed.

Otherwise, we do not keep copies of any signed documentation that you may send to us for any reason.

What does it cost?

If you order the documentation on the basis of completing our order form, our GST inclusive fees are:

Our documents

We update our documents as circumstances and laws change, however, our service does not include responsibility to advise you of changes that may affect you.

We welcome feedback from clients. Updates to our documents frequently follow this feedback.

We aim for simple but flexible documents. They are all written in language you can read.

Telephone support

We offer free telephone support, within reason. We can't accept professional responsibility for actions taken on the basis of verbal advice.

If something more formal is required, we ask for written instructions to which we make a written reply on a normal time charging basis.

Liability for taxation issues

Liability for the taxation or asset protection issues in respect of the structure is not accepted unless we have been asked to and given you a written advice.

Advice on related issues

We continuously act for clients on the tax and other implications of super funds, companies, partnerships and all forms of trusts. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss any aspect of these structures.
