A significant part of our practice involves helping our clients with the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts of all forms. In doing so, we recognise that legal advice is a key consideration of many to be taken into account.

In preparing contracts, as with all our documents, we emphasise plain English. We are very conscious of the unfortunate tendency for documents to become longer and more complex.

We are aware of the GST, taxation and stamp duty consequences of transactions and can provide backup or initial advice on these things as needed.
